This program explores the value of innovation and the role of the leader in inspiring innovation within its team. It will look at the process of innovation and the techniques that can be used to generate creative and innovative ideas. Participants will learn to look at a problem using different thinking approaches to find innovative ideas and solutions through various techniques such as the SCAMPER model.
