As part of Minor Hotel's Strong Start Onboarding program, new leaders complete the Connect New Manager Orientation sessions to welcome them into the company and provide them with some basic tools and resources to set them up for success in their first 90 days and connect them to each other and to Minor Hotel Group to start building engagement.
This is part of the Strong Start Induction Program
Pre-boarding: 1 – 4 weeks before arrival
Arrival: First 1 - 30 days including Connect New Manager Orientation Session 1 - 2
Post Arrival: 30 - 90 days including Connect New Manager Orientation Sessions 3 - 4
