This 2 day workshop is designed to help participants understand the benefits and practice of Coaching. As participants go through the program they will recognize the value of coaching skills and be able to list the benefits of coaching to the organisation and individuals involved.
This workshop will also increase the participants’ level of self- awareness about their impact as a Leader and Coach. Through this experience, participants will gain an insight into the behaviours that play an active part in supporting the development of others and gain the opportunity to practice these behaviours. They will also gain the opportunity to compare their behaviours with those behaviours required to help others grow. Through feedback, they are provided with an opportunity to further refine their behavioural skills.
